Ludwig von Kapff joined us as a new customer in 2023 and while using paper labels to price their wines. As part of their sustainability efforts, they were looking for a solution to replace these paper labels with a digital solution for their wine depots.
The Solution Design
Our wide range of ESLs is especially attractive for retailers, as we know that prices, selections and stock can change very quickly and require rapid adjustment. And not only the price and name are interesting here, but also the possibility of further information, including even a link to the product website page using a QR code directly on the PriceTag.
The Result
After a pilot at one of the wine depot locations, Ludwig von Kapff quickly chose us as their partner of choice and deployed ESL throughout their store network. Since then, Ludwig von Kapff has saved significant costs every year on the printing and distribution of paper price labels, is much more flexible with regard to short-term price changes and is ultimately even more competitive.
