The Observation

With the desire to move from analog paper price tickets to an operationally more streamlined, modern and sustainable approach, o2 asked us to deliver the best possible answer to that mission.

The Solution Design

Our ESL offering is particularly attractive for mobile network operators, as we understand their needs to promote more than just a device price. It is about tariffs, bundles, promotions and variations between existing and new customers, young audiences, etc. The ESL offering also needs to cater for a range of applications from near device to peg hook pricing, special designs and fixtures.

The Result

We first started with a few pilot stores testing everything from ESL size to fixing and content. We even created a dedicated CMS to run promotional campaigns on selected ESL. By 2025, more than 750 stores will be equipped with our ESL solution.
