The Solution Design
Together with Cheil, Samsung's creative agency, we developed an intuitive journey allowing customers by simply selecting the desired sound device on a tablet, the music genre and moving the volume slider sensing an immersive experience second to none. Comparisons with the other eight sound devices to choose from, or the option to turn on the optional TV sound makes the journey memorable. Samsung can track interactions, preferences and journey times, thus learning about and adressing customer trends even faster.
