Samsung rolling deep with ViviTag mini touch-screens

The Observation

For years, Samsung was using paper-based spec cards that contained price and product description. Each time a price was updated, the spec card had to be printed and manually replaced. Samsung turned to us in 2023 seeking for a digital solution beyond ESL, as the customer experience should further be enhanced, too.

The Solution Design

Initially, we deployed our first generation of 3.5'' ViviTags at Samsung's Benelux Experience Stores. Despite of the desire to deploy larger display interactive tags, the implementation was a huge success. A new planogram-style deployment software allowed to replace product and matching ViviTag at the blink of an eye.

The Result

Following the great success, we developed a larger ViviTag version with 5.5'' display size to address our customer's wish. Subsequently, Samsung could create an even more immersive shopping experience for its customers.
