The Solution Design
In Berlin, we installed a dozen of interactive touch-points at a Penny store that served as a lighthouse of sustainability. Our touch-points consisted - among many interactive experiences - of a range of digital signage screens throughout the store. Different themes educated and entertained customers about matters of sustainability, food treatment, waste avoidance, the importance of insects and more. Above the checkout area, we installed screens informing customers about the "Förderpenny" campaign status with constant updates of the donations collected by Penny customers who donated their small change to this charity initiative.
