The Mexican way: our signage solution runs on Paycell’s smartphones

The Observation

As a new Telco operator launched in southern Mexico at the end of 2023, Paycel needed to find a strategic tool to differentiate itself from competitors while also enhancing the customer experience when deciding which smartphone and services to choose. Our solution was implemented on May 2024.

The Solution Design

By utilizing our tool installed on each Android smartphone exposed in the experience table, Paycel was able to directly communicate numerous offers and promotions on the smartphone screens. Importantly, our tool incorporates security protection by blocking access to settings and provides valuable analytics. A revolution in Mexico!

The Result

After several months of use, feedback has been positive, and we are excited to establish our solution as a standard tool for any new shop opening. Paycel appreciates the concept, and for each new campaign, dedicated content is promoted based on the period (Mother's Day, back to school, Christmas, etc.). A future concept is under consideration for 2025, integrating subscription options and device prices directly accessible through our solution.
